With up to 90-ipm throughput (duplex), the M4097D Low-Volume Production Duplex
Document Scanner easily satisfies the needs of many organizations looking to
incorporate the benefits of image capture. Its maximum resolution of 800 dpi
(400 dpi, optical), standard image processing (upgradable with Fujitsu ScanRight™
IPC or VirtualReScan™) and 1,024-level internal grayscale deliver superior
images.
Flexible paper-handling complements the high speed and image quality of the
M4097D scanner. Its 100-page automatic document feeder supports sizes ranging
from 2.1" by 2.9" to 11.7" by 17", features infrared double-feed detection to
ensure batch integrity, can be continuously fed for greater efficiency and
detects document length in mixed-size batches. What's more, it offers the
versatility of flatbed operation to accommodate irregular documents and features
32 MB of memory, which enables the M4097D to scan documents up to 68" in length
(400 dpi, duplex, monochrome).
