The EXB-8500 is an 8mm SCSI-based tape drive which can be mounted into 5.25-inch full-high enclosures. When writing to an 8mm 112m tape, the EXB-8500 can store up to 5 gigabytes of data (assuming an average 2:1 compression ratio). This tape drive is also available in a tabletop model (EXB-8X00T).
