Magnum 1x7 offers affordable automation with remote management and bar code
reader for easy management, a slim 2U rack size, the speed (up to 432GB/Hr
native, 864GB/Hr compressed) and capacity (up to 5.6TB native, 11.2TB
compressed) with LTO-4, and a better Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on
Investment (ROI) than competitive products.
To further reduce TCO and increase ROI, the Magnum 1x7 is easily field
upgradeable from an LTO-2 drive to an LTO-3 or LTO-4 drive, all without removing
the autoloader from its rack. This upgrade will double the capacity and more
than double the speed of the Magnum 1x7 autoloader, all for a lower price than
competitive LTO autoloaders.
