Returns

bullet   All returns must first obtain an RMA number.
bullet   RMA numbers will be issued within 2 business days of receiving request. 
bullet   The RMA number must be clearly written on the box before returning. 
bullet   RMA numbers are valid for 10 days. Thereafter you must obtain a new RMA number.
bullet   Where possible merchandise must be returned in original packaging or RMA may be refused and VOIDED.
bullet   Physical damage, mishandling, mis-use, after market modifications, missing parts or labels will VOID warranty. 
bullet   After 30 days of purchase all sales are final and no refunds or credits will be issued. 
bullet   Returns for credit or refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
